Board Export: Include 'Card Author' or 'Created By' field in export#96

As a user, I’d want the ability to include ‘Card Author’ or ‘Created By’ field in export. So the name of the initial user that created the Card can be recorded in the export. This can be useful for scenarios where we require the card author’s name for reporting.
