Private Notes: Increase the text limit#90

As a User, I’d like the Private Notes text limit to be increased. This is so I can use it to write longer notes.

By extension, it would also be great if there’s a character counter showing how many characters are left allowed. This is so users can have a clear indication to know if they are approaching the limit.
