Threaded Comments: Loading improvements#79

When the Card is opened, it takes some time for Threaded Comments to be loaded completely. In the meantime, Threaded Comments appears to be blank, as if the contents have disappeared.

It would be great if the loading time can be improved and to have some form of indicator (e.g.: loading bar). This would help give clear indication to users that the Threaded Comments are still being loaded in.
