Board Export: Allow exporting 3rd-party fields#50

Include the option to add fields from 3rd-party power-ups (e.g.: ! Amazing Fields !) for exporting Boards

This would be great and may be Amazing Fields could team up with Board Export. I sent to Amazing Fields also a mail mentioning that their app is less of use for us as we can’t export the data to be used in other systems.
