Option to hide all references to Private Notes on cards#39

As a Private Notes user,

I would like to have the ability to hide all references of the Private Notes field on my card from unauthorized users when the board is it’s a “public” board

So that the unauthorized users will not able to see an empty field in the first place.

As a trello user, if I install an app that allows me to addprivate notes, I would expect not only the note to be private, but the announcement (caption) that there IS a private note, to be hidden.
