Threaded Comments: Allow configuring template for email notifications#119

As a user,

I want to be able to configure the email notification template for Threaded Comments,

So that I can configure the required information/details according to a custom layout/template based on the requirements. This will be helpful in ensuring that the suitable pieces of information are sent out in the notifications.

An example use case that can benefit from this is when using an automation that uses the Threaded Comments notifications to create Cards in another Board (e.g.: Trello’s “email-to-board” feature). Thus being able to configure the email notification template will help in making sure the created Cards are using/displaying the relevant information.
