Board Export: Exported date format in “Last Activity Date” should follow the date format of “Card Created Date”#116

As a User,

I want the exported date format in “Last Activity Date” (e.g.: 9 January 2025 at 10:57 pm) should follow the date format of “Card Created Date” (e.g.: 2021-08-13 00:31),

So that it’ll be more understandable/translateable when opening the file in applications such as Excel.
